About us
kapers is the union for cabin crew members. Founded in 1971 it is the largest representative of cabin crew members employed by air carriers in Switzerland.
Who we are
Members of kapers work in air services and are primarily responsible for the safety of passengers on board commercial aircraft.

The team
kapers consists of board members, committee members, an auditing body and individual external members. All kapers representatives also work in air services except for the Secretary General.
Board
The board consists of at least seven, but not more than eight members, the President, two Vice-Presidents, the Secretary General and four respectively 5 board members.
Committee members
The Board may select and employ committee members among its union members for support. The individual committee members report to a member of the board.
